STEP 2: Pin the backing fabric to the front watercolor fabric. Outsides facing in as demonstrated below. The 2 backing pieces will overlap and create the opening that the pillow filler will be inserted into.

STEP 3 (OPTION 1 STITCHING): Now for the sewing. Sew a straight stitch a quarter of an inch to 1/2 inch in from the edge along the whole outside. Then sew a zigzag stitch around the whole outside to prevent fraying.
